Forrest Smith is a 22-year-old NYC based photographer that has been working in the creative industry for only three years. He picked up his first camera when he was only 19 years old, focusing on shooting landscape nature photos throughout his early career. As time went on, he began to develop new interests for his photography style.
“Human connection, culture, and emotion, there’s a large part of my identity that I haven’t explored yet, and that’s why I moved to New York.” Since moving to New York, Forrest has captured individuals experiences and emotions using his FujiFilm camera.
“Being vulnerable and experimental lets you discover new things by yourself. I want to be authentic and open, whether it’s in the outdoors or the city. I’m just figuring it out.”
